Patient Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients to educate them about services and assist with enrollment
• Utilize approved scripts to effectively communicate the value of the services and manage patient inquiries
• Track patient data and maintain confidentiality while adhering to departmental goals and metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Degree or GED Equivalent is required
• At least 1 year of call center, physician office, or customer service experience
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
• Knowledge of health insurance industry and HIPAA guidelines
• Bilingual/English+Spanish fluency is a plus
