Bilingual Behavioral Health Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Coach - Part-Time - Remote, Bilingual (2pm - 8pm PST shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 coaching care through innovative digital tools and programs via video sessions and chat
• Support multidisciplinary care teams as a liaison between families and their therapeutic and psychiatric providers
• Assist families in navigating app content and triaging into appropriate services

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish
• Master's degree in a psychology-related field or anticipated graduate program completion within 12 months, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant certification
• At least 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting
• 1 year of experience working with children, youth, or families
• Experience with child and family-focused CBT, motivational interviewing, and SMART goal setting is preferred
