Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for enterprise customers to ensure successful implementation and value realization
- Develop ongoing communication strategies to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities
- Establish strong customer relationships, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions to achieve business goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum 6+ years of successful Customer Success experience in data/software as a service
- Proven negotiation skills for contracts, including upsell and renewals
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce, with hands-on experience preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools
