Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding process for enterprise customers to ensure successful implementation and value realization
  • Develop ongoing communication strategies to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Establish strong customer relationships, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions to achieve business goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 6+ years of successful Customer Success experience in data/software as a service
  • Proven negotiation skills for contracts, including upsell and renewals
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce, with hands-on experience preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools
