Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Technical Support I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for VoIP, Internet, Web Hosting, Email, and Ethernet services through inbound calls and emails
  • Update and maintain accurate customer account records in the CRM system while processing account changes
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams and communicate with internal departments regarding service-impacting issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of related technical support or call center experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and basic understanding of IP address schemes and network fundamentals
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
