Job Summary
A company is looking for a Representative, Technical Support I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for VoIP, Internet, Web Hosting, Email, and Ethernet services through inbound calls and emails
- Update and maintain accurate customer account records in the CRM system while processing account changes
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams and communicate with internal departments regarding service-impacting issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of related technical support or call center experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and basic understanding of IP address schemes and network fundamentals
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
