Key Responsibilities
- Provide information and support to members regarding health care decisions and access to care
- Handle customer inquiries and issues, documenting and routing them to appropriate teams for resolution
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through timely and professional responses
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service
- Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during normal business hours, including occasional overtime
