Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Telehealth Provider (PA, CNS, NP).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic wellness assessment visits
• Create patient care plans and document patient interactions accurately
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure appropriate referrals and care for patients

Required Qualifications

• Licensure/certification as a CNS, NP, or PA in Georgia
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states
• Experience in telehealth and preventative care
• Compliance with CEU and licensure requirements
• Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems
