Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Home Care Onboarding Specialists to foster a customer-focused culture
- Establish performance expectations, conduct quality assurance checks, and address escalated customer concerns
- Design and implement scalable onboarding programs and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of managerial experience in customer service, client onboarding, or customer success, preferably in healthcare
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or onboarding platforms is a plus
- Proven track record in developing high-performing teams and achieving measurable service outcomes
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, self-directed work ethic
