Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical point of escalation for cross-functional teams
- Support existing client changes, including location and pay code additions
- Perform operational reviews and recommend improvements to client data exchanges
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in technical account management or client-facing technical support
- Ability to adapt in a product knowledge-heavy environment
- Knowledge of Dell Boomi or willingness to learn
- Experience troubleshooting sFTP, API, and data concerns
- Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours
