Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic customer service, including chat and video modalities
- Schedule medical services for TRICARE beneficiaries in accordance with guidelines
- Respond to inquiries regarding TRICARE eligibility and resolve issues promptly
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- United States Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
