A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative- Credit Card.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in team collaboration and personal development activities to enhance customer experience


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of related customer service experience or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to assist customers over the phone for extended periods
  • Must have PC skills and be able to learn relevant technology and software
  • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is preferred for customer interactions
