Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical support and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support and resolve customer issues in collaboration with L1 support and R&D teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in SaaS and private cloud environments, including AWS and Kubernetes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience troubleshooting in at least one major cloud platform (preferably AWS) and containerized environments
- Proficiency in CLI tools and scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and related troubleshooting
- Experience with alerting/logging systems and managing customer support cases throughout their lifecycle
