California Licensed Pediatric Nurse Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pediatric Behavioral Health Nurse Care Manager to support children and families through their healthcare journey with a focus on behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated, family-centered virtual care management by phone to improve behavioral health outcomes for pediatric members
• Develop personalized, goal-oriented care plans in collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team
• Support members through behavioral health treatment plans, transitions of care, and acute behavioral health crises

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active Compact RN license in good standing and California Nursing License
• 5+ years of nursing experience, with 2+ years in a pediatric behavioral health setting
• Willingness to become licensed in multiple states
• Current CCM Certification preferred
