Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative to handle patient billing inquiries and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls regarding patient billing, payment plans, and insurance issues
• Process payments, adjustments, and refunds while resolving complex billing issues
• Develop relationships with payers and other departments to ensure timely resolution of claims

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in pharmacy claim collections or related fields
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service call center within the healthcare industry
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
