Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end claims process across multiple lines of business

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of insurance claims experience
- Active adjuster license
- Experience working with ambiguity and learning new tools quickly
- Experience in a customer support role
- Ability to handle sensitive customer situations with professionalism
