- Manage and mentor a global team of Hacker Success Managers to deliver impactful community experiences
- Advocate for the hacker community internally and externally, presenting at industry events and collaborating cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of customer service or community experience, ideally within the security industry
- Experience in defining departmental strategy and metric-driven delivery models
- Ability to lead and scale a team effectively
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills
- Deep understanding of the needs of the hacker community
