Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, developing project plans and fostering strong client relationships
- Identify risks and collaborate with management to address issues, while ensuring quality control and technical support for clients
- Provide regular client status reports and support account leads in enhancing customer experience through audits and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Experience working with third parties and vendors
- Organizational skills with a focus on detail
- Knowledge of the ad tech industry
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an ad tech environment with rich media experience is a plus
