Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, developing project plans and fostering strong client relationships
  • Identify risks and collaborate with management to address issues, while ensuring quality control and technical support for clients
  • Provide regular client status reports and support account leads in enhancing customer experience through audits and initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience working with third parties and vendors
  • Organizational skills with a focus on detail
  • Knowledge of the ad tech industry
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an ad tech environment with rich media experience is a plus
