Member Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Outreach Specialist, Weekend.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct video informed consent calls with prospective egg donors and assist them throughout their egg freezing and donation journeys
• Lead video sales calls with intended parents to discuss family building goals and provide information about services
• Monitor and respond to member inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely support and collaboration with the team

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in education, sales, patient navigation, or member support
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Tech-savvy, proficient in Google Suite, and able to learn customer success tools
• Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 9am - 5pm in local timezone)
• Familiarity with the fertility landscape and egg donation is a plus
