A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant, emails/chats (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Maintain working knowledge of clients' products and services
Required Qualifications
- Native Japanese and English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Personal or professional experience in crypto is a must
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and stable internet connection
