Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Liaison, Support Services - Senior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and tactical day-to-day customer support to clients and leadership
- Serve as the liaison for a defined customer base to manage escalated issues and resolutions
- Investigate and resolve customer service issues, coordinating with internal partners
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work Monday - Friday during core business hours
- Must be 18 years of age or older and comply with eligibility requirements
