Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Liaison, Support Services - Senior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise and tactical day-to-day customer support to clients and leadership
  • Serve as the liaison for a defined customer base to manage escalated issues and resolutions
  • Investigate and resolve customer service issues, coordinating with internal partners
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • Proficiency with Windows PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday during core business hours
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and comply with eligibility requirements
