Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Sales Representative (TSX) to provide support for customers in a virtual work-from-home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting support for technical issues and account inquiries
• Build consultative relationships with customers to understand their needs and promote additional products and services

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
