Key Responsibilities

• Handles all chargebacks, disputes, credits, and reversals
• Conducts detailed transaction research and documents all actions taken
• Implements measures to minimize loss and educates clients to prevent future disputes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the banking or payment processing industry
• Experience with chargebacks and payment processing types such as credit cards
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly in creating complex spreadsheets
• Ability to maintain productive relationships with internal and external partners
