A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive conversion, onboarding, retention, and advocacy
- Drive delivery of conversion, retention, and upsell strategies with accountability for results
- Collaborate with product teams to provide customer insights and establish performance metrics for the team
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success or related functions
- Strong understanding of B2C and/or B2SMB customer success programs
- Experience leveraging AI for productivity and innovation is a plus
- Strong analytical ability to utilize data for informed decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
