Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success or relationship management within B2C or D2C SaaS businesses
  • 5+ years of management experience overseeing customer-facing teams
  • Experience in driving retention and revenue growth strategies, particularly in MRR and LTV
  • Strong proficiency with customer service technologies and data analysis tools
  • Experience in handling complex customer issues and collaborating across departments
