Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a B2C customer success team to enhance subscription satisfaction and drive MRR growth
- Facilitate onboarding for new users and monitor customer engagement to reduce churn and improve user lifetime value
- Lead and mentor the customer support team, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering exceptional client service
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in customer success or relationship management within B2C or D2C SaaS businesses
- 5+ years of management experience overseeing customer-facing teams
- Experience in driving retention and revenue growth strategies, particularly in MRR and LTV
- Strong proficiency with customer service technologies and data analysis tools
- Experience in handling complex customer issues and collaborating across departments
