A company is looking for a Quickbooks Support Representative to provide technical support and assist with various customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email-based technical support to existing customers
- Maintain an up-to-date customer-facing knowledge base
- Escalate complex issues and monitor ticket progress using Jira
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role
- Strong background in QuickBooks or other accounting tools
- Experience troubleshooting software related to order management, accounting, shipping, or eCommerce (preferred)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Zendesk (a plus)
- U.S. Citizenship (required)
