Call Center Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Associate to assist pet parents with booking services and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service while driving sales for grooming, boarding, and training services
• Answer incoming calls, assist with scheduling appointments, and document information accurately
• Offer feedback on processes and customer interactions to supervisors as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluent in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial
• Exceptional technical skills and ability to manage multiple computer systems
• Call center and/or sales experience preferred
