Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to assist customers with their inquiries and enhance their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone and email with product and service questions
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing technical support when needed
- Proactively identify solutions and own the resolution of customer issues from start to finish
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of professional experience with computer and web-based tools
- 1+ years of customer service or veterinary care experience
- Ability to work 9am - 5:30pm ET, Monday - Friday
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment with phone contact with customers
