Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to assist customers with their inquiries and enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers over the phone and email with product and service questions
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing technical support when needed
  • Proactively identify solutions and own the resolution of customer issues from start to finish
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of professional experience with computer and web-based tools
  • 1+ years of customer service or veterinary care experience
  • Ability to work 9am - 5:30pm ET, Monday - Friday
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment with phone contact with customers
