Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer 4 to join their operational support team and ensure application stability during a transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve new support cases while ensuring timely completion of outstanding cases
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency through meetings and training sessions
- Support ongoing projects and maintain smooth day-to-day operations during resource transitions
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience with Dynamics GP and related applications
- 5-7 years of customer service experience, preferably with an accounting background
- 5-7 years of experience with SQL and a foundational understanding of its basics
- A degree in Accounting or Business is required
- Experience with Microsoft support tools is a strong plus
