Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Pharmaceutical Company Patient Assistance Program
- Make outbound calls to address questions and assist with program applications/documentation
- Utilize training and resources to resolve patient and healthcare provider inquiries effectively
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required (hospitality, retail, and pharmaceutical preferred)
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Must successfully pass typing and customer service assessments
- Established home internet connectivity with specified minimum speeds
