Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process for new healthcare clients, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing guidance on medical billing services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advocating for their needs within the company

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of medical billing experience required
• Experience with medical records software such as Epic, Meditech, Centricity, Athena, ECW, CPSI, and Cerner
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems before they occur
• Passion for customer service and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
