A company is looking for a Social Media Support Specialist to provide customer support in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to comments on social media platforms using Sprout social tool
- Identify and log inquiries, adverse events, and product quality complaints using Sprout and Salesforce.com
- Respond to consumer emails in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; college experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in a customer service role
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Availability to work weekends
