A company is looking for a Client Happiness Associate, Servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via various communication channels, providing accurate information and resolving concerns
- Promote and cross-sell company products during servicing calls to contribute to business growth
- Assist clients with payment arrangements and guide them through loan processes and documentation
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or collections
- Tech-savvy, preferably with MAC experience, and capable of basic math calculations
- Ability to manage high call volumes and work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience in student lending, banking, or financial aid industries is preferred
- Background in call center environments or exposure to sales/account management roles is advantageous
