- Act as a senior escalation point for complex accounts and maintain a small personal client portfolio
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or business coaching, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Background in digital marketing, growth consulting, SaaS, or agency operations preferred
- Proven ability to coach and inspire high-performance teams
- Comfortable using KPIs and dashboards to guide decision-making
