Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support and upsell products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver world-class customer service by responding to inbound calls and resolving customer concerns
  • Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Multitask effectively between handling inquiries and navigating multiple systems
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center
  • Sales-focused mindset with proven ability to upsell products/services
  • Availability for 12 weeks of paid training and flexible 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass a background screening and be legally permitted to work in the United States
