Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and customer services in assigned area, supporting various programs or processes
- Review and audit documents for accuracy, initiating corrective actions as necessary
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and manage supply inventories as required
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Two or more years of administrative work experience in a related area
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire
- Proficiency in common office software, including spreadsheets and word processing
