Key Responsibilities
- Provide a seamless experience by responding to member inquiries and resolving issues
- Document all interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Collaborate with third-party entities and internal departments to assist callers
Required Qualifications
- Active Insurance Producer License
- Willingness to obtain additional non-resident licenses as needed
- Proven ability to work effectively in a structured schedule
- Experience entering/updating data in electronic systems
- Ability to learn quickly and follow processes accurately and timely
