Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Preferred New York or Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Experience using software tools including Excel, G Suite, and policy management systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage customer and policy information effectively
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply
