Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor - Member Engagement to lead teams in delivering meaningful member interactions that drive outcomes for quality programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a remote team to conduct outreach activities for prioritized clinical gaps
- Oversee daily team metrics, call queues, and provide quality reviews for engagement improvement
- Support team in workflow design and manage service level escalations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality metrics and experience with member engagement
- Medical Assistant certification, Pharmacy Technician, or 2+ years of medical office experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience with at least one year in a lead or management role
- Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) or Spanish preferred
