Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispute Specialist I to manage debit and credit card disputes for members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process Regulation E and Regulation Z claims for debit and credit cards
  • Conduct thorough research and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Prepare chargebacks and maintain detailed documentation of each claim
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or educational experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations functions and card dispute processing at a financial institution
  • Working knowledge of debit/credit transactions
  • Ability to learn regulatory and card network rules
  • Time management and prioritization skills suitable for a remote work environment
