A company is looking for a Dispute Specialist I to manage debit and credit card disputes for members.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process Regulation E and Regulation Z claims for debit and credit cards
- Conduct thorough research and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Prepare chargebacks and maintain detailed documentation of each claim
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or educational experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations functions and card dispute processing at a financial institution
- Working knowledge of debit/credit transactions
- Ability to learn regulatory and card network rules
- Time management and prioritization skills suitable for a remote work environment
