Key Responsibilities
- Handle support tickets for SimpleMDM from sysadmins managing Apple devices
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Apple device management and MDM commands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and product functionality
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing Apple devices at scale using MDM
- Expertise in macOS and iOS operating systems and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, DEP/ADE workflows, and configuration profiles
- Basic understanding of scripting languages and REST APIs
- Strong sysadmin-level troubleshooting skills in high-context environments
