Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and efficient service to customers in line with service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Receive and process customer requests for elevator and escalator service, including data entry and technician scheduling
- Support Call Center improvement initiatives and collaborate with management on performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- Six months or more of customer service experience in a Call Center or face-to-face environment
- General knowledge of data entry and PC activities
- Consistent ability to practice proper telephone etiquette
