Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for L1 to L3 issues
- Install and deploy software solutions at the enterprise level
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and IT support solutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, ALM, and Jenkins
- Experience with OS level administration for Windows and Linux
- Familiarity with IT Support/Helpdesk solutions like ServiceNow
- Experience with content management tools, including MS SharePoint
