A company is looking for a Remote Scheduling Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients and physician offices for scheduling diagnostic sleep testing
- Conduct heavy phone work to schedule a minimum of 20 patients per day and obtain necessary patient data
- Verify insurance information and communicate with clinical teams and physicians to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong multitasking and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional telephone communication skills and a high level of organization
