Job Summary
A company is looking for an Automotive Dealer Communications CSR Agent (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support to dealership personnel via inbound phone calls and live chat
- Log and track dealer interactions using CRM tools and internal systems
- Resolve or escalate dealer concerns related to warranty claims, parts availability, and policy interpretation
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in French Canadian language
- 1-2 years of customer service or dealer support experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible to work within a rotating schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays
