Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Dealer Communications CSR Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time support to dealership personnel via inbound phone calls and live chat
  • Log and track dealer interactions using CRM tools and internal systems
  • Resolve or escalate dealer concerns related to warranty claims, parts availability, and policy interpretation
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Fluency in French Canadian language
  • 1-2 years of customer service or dealer support experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible to work within a rotating schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays
