A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, SaaS/renewables (Remote in United States).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers as their main point of contact
- Guide customers through successful onboarding and ensure they fully utilize product features
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive account growth and enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in SCADA and EMS technologies, with experience in managing and troubleshooting SCADA networks
- Demonstrated experience in servicing large, complex customers
- Ability to analyze customer data and draw actionable insights for improvement
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in strategic programs or commercial relationship management
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
