Key Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize the end-to-end customer journey across Technical Support, Solutions Architecture, and Implementation Engineering
- Enhance technical deal qualification and ensure customer success before the sale closes
- Build repeatable playbooks and scalable service delivery models while acting as a strategic leader and tactical executor
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading or building Professional Services or Technical Services functions at a technical B2B company
- Experience taking a technical post-sales function from 0 to 1 and evolving from 1 to scale
- Deep expertise in the database space and understanding of how developers interact with database systems
- Experience in Professional Services or Implementation Engineering with hands-on delivery of technical services
- Ability to thrive in high-growth environments and a strong commitment to improving the customer journey
