Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Order Entry Specialist to manage escalations, projects, and complex order scenarios while ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and validate customer orders, ensuring compliance with pricing, terms, inventory, and delivery requirements
  • Serve as the lead contact for escalated or complex order scenarios and collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline workflows and maintain data integrity within the order management system
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in order entry, order management, or sales operations
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with order management systems
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
