Healthcare Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections Specialist to perform specialized collection work on behalf of clients to reduce outstanding accounts receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Document accurate and up-to-date information in account history while maintaining confidentiality
• Assist patients with payment arrangements and update debtor contact information
• Work collaboratively within a virtual team to meet daily and monthly collection goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Preferred collections experience
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Proficient PC knowledge and typing speed of 30-40 wpm
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
