Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (L1).

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively monitor all production networks, applications, and services
  • Respond to and resolve alerts/alarms according to standard operating procedures
  • Track all issues in a ticketing system and escalate alerts/issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with ticket tracking systems
  • Good level of English - B2 or higher
  • Excellent monitoring and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic understanding of networking protocols (BGP, MPLS, OSPF) is a plus
