Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (L1).
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor all production networks, applications, and services
- Respond to and resolve alerts/alarms according to standard operating procedures
- Track all issues in a ticketing system and escalate alerts/issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with ticket tracking systems
- Good level of English - B2 or higher
- Excellent monitoring and troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (BGP, MPLS, OSPF) is a plus
