Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, troubleshoot inquiries, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain quality service standards and complete necessary documentation for all interactions
- Develop and utilize a filing system for efficient access to records and information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; AA/AS degree preferred
- Two to five years of customer service experience required; healthcare experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Driver's License may be required by some plans
- Specific language skills may be required by some plans
