Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Specialist to assess and prioritize incoming cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review referrals to identify high dollar concerns and case management needs
  • Create cases in a computer software program and maintain detailed documentation
  • Provide administrative support to assigned nurses and monitor high dollar cases
Required Qualifications
  • Medical terminology course preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or medical background
  • Prior insurance and/or claims background
  • Associate degree preferred in business, management, or related field
  • Experience in a medical front office or hospital patient intake
